Dr Duane O'Reilly and Dr Angus Hickish are registered Aeromedical Examiners for the FAA. They are pleased to offer all FAA classes of medical (Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3). If you require an appointment for an FAA medical, then please nominate Dr Angus Hickish when booking online or over email/telephone.
Why not combine your FAA medical with your CAA medical? We can do this at a small extra charge so that you dont need to re attend for an extra medical appointment.
What will I need to bring to my medical?
1. You must log onto MedExpress to complete your application prior to arrival at Aviation Medicals Wessex for your medical
2. Dont forget to bring your confirmation number generated from MedExpress
3. Passport or Photo ID
Do I need further tests?
Pilots develop medical conditions like everyone else. The FAA may require some pilots to pursue an onward referral to a Consultant Specialist prior to obtaining a Medical Certificate. This can be arranged with a Specialist of your choice or via Consultants known to us.
